Intelligence.

Odyssey
Media Consulting holds
85% of the shares of joint venture consulting company, Odyssey Investment
Consulting. The balance of shares is held by local Beijing company,
Odyssey Culture Company Limited.
OIC consults on a wide range of activities permitted in its business
license, including overseeing the allocation and transfer of investment/project
monies on behalf of OMI and its Project Companies and advising
international and domestic media, entertainment and leisure sector
clients on legal and accounting procedures.
OIC is responsible for maintaining and developing general relations
with domestic representative industry organizations and other authorities,
companies and individuals. Since its establishment in February 2000,
OIC has successfully consulted on establishment of legal representation
in China for CMM-I Intelligence,
Amateur Football Holdings and
Chinalive Productions.
With wide
experience handling logistical support for OMI partners
and clients, OIC also delivers solutions direct to third
party clients with selected partners, including Hongkong-based
Imagination
(Asia) Ltd.
